How accurate is the 3D floor plan?
Walls, doors, windows and stairs are read from your drawing and scaled from its printed dimensions, then checked room by room at high zoom. Anything that could not be made out is listed before you pay. It is a visualization, not a construction document, so confirm measurements with a professional before you build.
Which floor plan files work?
PDF, PNG, JPG, HEIC and TIFF: full plan sets, single sheets, brochure pages and photos of printed plans. Put every floor in one file and multi-storey plans are read floor by floor.
What is free, and what costs $29?
Uploading, the first read and your own plan as a 3D dollhouse are free, with no sign-up. Building the full walkthrough is $29, once, for that home: the room-by-room check, the walk-through, the photoreal views, unlimited changes, sharing and copies. No subscription and nothing metered.
What if the 3D model gets my plan wrong?
Say what is off and it is fixed, or drag the wall yourself. If it still is not right, refund yourself from the plan page within 48 hours and the money goes back to your card.
How long does a 3D walkthrough take?
The free 3D preview takes a few minutes. Photoreal views take a few minutes each and render while you keep exploring; leave an email and we will tell you when they are ready.
Who can see my floor plan?
Only you, until you share a link or publish it. Your plan is never used to improve the reader unless you tick that box when you upload.
